The Sixteenth Circuit Solicitor’s Office, under the leadership of Solicitor Kevin Bracket, prosecutes criminal offenses in York and Union Counties of South Carolina. The Solicitor’s Office inside Moss Justice Center is home to some of the region’s finest prosecutors and support team members who aid victims of crimes and provide pre-trial and diversion programs to help offenders become positive contributors in the community.
